The Haskell Company was selected by Jacksonville Transportation Authority (JTA) to provide design-build, landscape design and in-house steel fabrication services for this space structure.

The project is part of a revitalization of Jacksonville's south bank of the St. John's river and a large, cornerstone project indicative of future development in the area.

Athough having the lowest price is typically the most appealing aspect of a bid for a government project, Haskell was awarded the project for providing the most aesthetically pleasing design that also met all functions of the criteria specifications. The parking structure was built using tilt-up wall panels that averaged 50-feet high and 27-feet wide with arch blockouts and considerable relief and reveal detail. The project was completed in ten months.
