The Haskell Company was selected to provide design-build services for a new PROCTER & GAMBLE paper products distribution facility in Oxnard, located northwest of Los Angeles.

The 710,000 s.f. facility features load-bearing, tilt-up wall construction, a composite steel and wood roof structure designed to withstand seismic forces associated with seismic zone four and a bi-level lighting system to save energy.

The new distribution center also contains two load-bearing, full-height fire separation walls that divide the finished product storage areas. The facility was constructed in six months.
