Paradise Valley is a 327-unit continuing care retirement community located on a 68-acre site in Fairfield, California. The facilities include three interconnected apartment buildings of about 66,000 sf each, 204 single family and multifamily homes with attached garages, and a stately 36,000 sf Community Center.  The long term health needs of the residents are being met in a 57,000 sf Health Center, which contains 28 assisted living apartments and 60 skilled nursing beds.
