As the state’s healthcare industry leader, Blue Cross & Blue Shield of Florida needed to consolidate their operations from numerous locations around Jacksonville. Haskell were selected to provide construction management services for the first phase of the development which comprised:

• 640,000 s.f. of offices in three multi story buildings on an 66-acre site
• Buildings include offices, boardrooms, computer operations, kitchens and cafeteria, and fitness center
• 2,900 surface parking spaces
• Security systems

Design was by Spillis Candella & Partners, and construction included precast concrete panels and glass over a cast-in-place structure.
